  • Key account service support and day-to-day liaison on assigned client portfolio. Developing strong, professional relationships with client – thoroughly learning their business and providing trusted support, and helping to identify client growth opportunities
  • Develops internal briefing documents for specified projects
  • Monitors schedules and advises project team of any delays or changes
  • Acts as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence
  • Ensures all client requests are met in a timely and service oriented manner
  • Must have a solid understanding of integrated marketing (mass, digital and social campaigns) and the agency processes needed to execute a campaign in any of these channels
  • Work with our Strategy and Creative teams to ensure we deliver results-oriented programs.
  • Accountable for the execution and quality control of projects from development of creative brief to project completion on schedule and within budget
  • Assist in development of project estimates and management of estimate through to project completion in partnership with Project Management teams.
  • Review of weekly efficiency reports by dockets and reports any discrepancies; attends monthly profitability meeting with Finance


  • Must have a university degree with at least 4-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Client-facing experience, preferably in digital-first campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for strategy with an understanding of key platforms in the space (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat)
  • Experience in working with media to traffic broadcast, digital and social ad programs
  • Experience navigating ASC approval process as asset
  • Proficiency navigating all social media platforms
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Must have strong listening, communication (oral and written) and client service driven expertise
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must have high capacity and the ability to multi-task multiple projects with strong attention to detail; a self-starter who can prioritize and organize numerous demands with quick turnaround using strong time
  • Management and above-average interpersonal/service based skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
