CIBC redefines client appreciation.

Ah-ha! There’s no better way for a bank to show how much they value customers, than to demonstrate how far they’ll go to celebrate them.

Once a year, CIBC celebrates its clients on Client Appreciation Day, typically marked by giving out free coffee. For 2019, we wanted to show just how far our appreciation went. To do that, we did the unthinkable: we renamed the bank after one of their clients, Crystal. For one day, CIBC was “Crystal’s” bank, which became the best-performing single-day activation in CIBC history.
