RESPONSIBILITES
  • Act as the agency’s platform specialist
  • Work with the Media team to build the FUSE Create Media brand. Help grow the media business and agency business overall
  • Platform set-up, including programmatic & paid social across various platforms.
  • Creative set-up, including upload & QA.
  • Tracking set-up, creating pixels & implementing necessary tags/triggers in GTM
  • Review landing page(s) to evaluate user journey, suggest tracking points & locate red flags.
  • Campaign management, monitoring pacing & ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Find & suggest optimization opportunities to achieve the best possible performance.
  • Pull weekly Excel reports & generate end-of-campaign reports using our Custom Dashboards as well as PowerPoint, pulling actionable insights from the data.
  • Assistance with research, proposals and pitches for new business development as necessary
  • Help with agency needs as they arise, regardless of whether or not they fall directly within your job function
  • Leave your ego at the door, wear many hats, and chip-in where you can…
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of previous digital media experience in an agency (preferably) and/or client setting
  • Must be well versed in paid digital media channels including display, social and search, and able to run self-serve platforms.
  • Problem solver with an analytical mind, accustomed to multi-tasking under pressure.
  • Experience with analytics, paid search, display, retargeting, social media channels, programmatic media buying, marketing automation, e-commerce, landing pages, conversion optimization and everything else related to exceptional performance-oriented digital campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with industry specific systems and tools, including, but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic ad buying platforms. Experience in other social platforms such as Snapchat or Tik Tok is an asset
  • DSP experience. And Google certifications are an asset, as is knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude
  • Deep skills in marketing campaign development and leveraging data and analytics to improve results and increase ROI
  • Demonstrate sharp strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think independently, quickly while maintaining FUSE’s values at all times
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, multitask and be a service-oriented leader
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, including strong analytical abilities and math proficiency. Expertise in Excel is required including formulas, pivot tables, trending charts and template building.

STRATEGY @ FUSE

We believe that work that turns heads, requires strategies that change minds. This role is about developing the consumer understanding and context that helps us get to great creative work, but also about building the internal and external relationships that build client buy in and creative excitement.

At FUSE you get to work directly with leadership, touch every stage of your projects, and get to collaborate with a fully integrated, multidisciplinary team: experts in not just strategy, but also account service, creative, production, media, XM, PR, and more. You will become a more well-rounded strategic thinker, and learn to speak the languages of your partners not just within FUSE, but in IATs and client conference rooms. You’ll learn how to be a better strategist, not just how to apply a one-size-fits-all process.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 -5 years experience in strategy roles, in advertising or related marketing communications disciplines
  • Experience developing strategies and creative briefs, getting client buy-in, and collaborating with creative teams to bring the brief to life, and sell the ideas to clients
  • Strong presentation skills, and a desire to continue improving them
  • Breadth of experience thinking across a variety of paid, earned and owned channels
  • An in-depth understanding of how agencies function, and the roles of the teams within them
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Day-to-day strategic leadership on multiple client accounts, with support and oversight from a broader team
  • Collaboration with accounts, creatives, media and production to ensure quality, results, and client satisfaction
  • Development of campaign and tactical strategies and briefs
  • Participation in research projects, POV development, and thought leadership both internally and for our clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Key account service support and day-to-day liaison on assigned client portfolio. Developing strong, professional relationships with client – thoroughly learning their business and providing trusted support, and helping to identify client growth opportunities
  • Develops internal briefing documents for specified projects

  • Experience in working with media to traffic broadcast, digital and social ad programs
  • Experience navigating ASC approval process as asset
  • Proficiency navigating all social media platforms
  • Demonstrated people management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, departments and agency leadership to drive forward client deliverables

  • Focus of work is email campaigns, but will also include other channels – direct mail, collateral, and video

  • Working with internal creative & account leads, you are driving the development & delivery of all projects through creative and studio and into production

  • Creating and updating estimates and project schedules from project start through to completion

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plan, matrix and tracking documents, status reports, internal meeting notes and change requests

  • Production/resource planning and executing including internal facilitation, briefings, status meetings, and communication

  • Serve as a key contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing questions and managing expectations.

  • Organizing and setting clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables

  • Maintaining continuity and quality assurance across all assets and revisions to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Proactively identify project issues and risks; work with client and internal stakeholders to mitigate

  • Work with deployment and production partners

  • Attend or conduct weekly meetings with client, internal and external project teams

  • Triage production issues and work with internal and external development of teams to identify root cause and potential solutions

 

Email Campaign Management

  • Serve as key liaison, working with clients directly, on all project details including briefings, status meetings, facilitating copy and layout changes and estimate and schedule updates

  • Coordinate with creative and studio teams to write compelling, relevant, and effective email copy that drives engagement and conversion as well as design email templates that are visually appealing and responsive.

  • Assist in optimizing email creative development workflows to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns, based on email best practices

  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant legal and industry standards (CASL, PIPEDA etc.).

  • Collaborate on the preparation and delivery of regular performance

 

Financial Management

  • Weekly budget management and project administration, including review of weekly efficiency reports by project
  • Facilitating client billings and profitability analysis in conjunction with Account team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years’ experience in project management in an agency environment
  • Strong preference for experience in email and direct mail channels
  • Some knowledge of email marketing compliance and industry trends
  • High-level experience of email marketing platforms/CRM systems, with preference for Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of direct mail and print production processes preferred but not mandatory
  • Client-facing experience preferred; financial services experience an asset
  • Effective decision-making skills § Ability to think independently and quickly; strong sense of initiative
  • Strong listening, communication (oral and written) and client service driven expertise
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects and take on large volume, all with strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can prioritize and organize numerous demands with quick turnaround using strong time management and good interpersonal/service-based skills
  • Technical Skills and Knowledge Required:
    • Expertise in developing budgets and workback schedules
    • Experience with project management tools to build estimates and schedules (eg, Advantage, SmartSheet, Workfront, etc)

OBJECTIVES

To take on a client leadership role and be the trusted agency partner to a variety of FUSE clients. To mentor and manage junior team members and ensure that FUSE delivers the highest standards in leadership, insight, creativity, delivery and spirit, as seen by the client and their internal team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Integrated senior client lead on a high-growth client portfolio spanning across Canada and US. Developing strong, transparent relationships with client – thoroughly learning their business and providing trusted guidance and support to senior clients, and proactively identifying client growth opportunities
  • Defining objectives and opportunities for account growth, and managing and leading internal and external partners and cross-border IAT to deliver against those objectives, communicating client issues and growth opportunities to the Group Account Director when appropriate
  • Demonstrated people management skills–particularly in coaching and mentoring and managing high-potential junior employees.
  • Accountable for the delivery, execution and quality control of integrated programs from development of upfront strategy, creative brief to project completion on schedule, on strategy and within budget
  • Must have a solid understanding of integrated marketing (mass, digital and social campaigns) and the agency processes needed to execute a campaign in any of these channels
  • Partner with our Strategy, Creative, Media and Production teams to collaborate on client proposals and ensure we deliver results oriented programs.
  • Development and delivery of strategic and creative presentations with senior client representatives and global senior marketing peers, presenting creative concepts and explaining critical data and insights
  • Lead development of project estimates and management of estimate through to project completion in partnership with Project Management teams.

  • Manage and contribute to forecast planning on your assigned clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have at least eight years of relevant industry experience
  • Driven to lead clients, internal teams and IAT with proactive, solutions-oriented thinking and collaborative mindset
  • Strong experience building and presenting strategic recommendations and creative, in partnership with Strategy, Creative, Media and Production teams
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for strategy with an understanding of key platforms in the space (Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat)

Objectives:

To take on a client leadership role and be the trusted agency partner to a FUSE financial client, specializing in experiential and sponsorship marketing. To lead internal teams in building and executing XM-focused campaigns for client marketing and sponsorship properties. Responsibilities:

Qualifications: 

  • Must have at least eight years of relevant industry experience in XM agency/marketing services (Financial Services, Sport and/or Cause XM experience is an asset)
  • Experience managing integrated programs (involving XM, digital, social, mass) and the agency processes needed to execute in these channels is a plus
  • Strong experience building and presenting strategic recommendations for live brand experiences / partnerships in collaboration with Strategy, Creative and Production teams
  • Must have strong listening, communication (oral and written) and client service driven expertise
  • Must have high capacity and the ability to multi-task multiple projects with strong attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of previous digital media experience in an agency and/or client setting.
  • Direct client service experience is essential
  • Senior level ability with analytics, paid search, display, retargeting, social media channels, programmatic media buying, marketing automation, e-commerce, landing pages, conversion optimization and everything else related to exceptional performance-oriented digital campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with industry specific systems and tools, including, but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic ad buying platforms. Experience in other social platforms such as Snapchat or Tik Tok is an asset
  • Digital certifications are required, Google and Facebook at a minimum.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and emerging media initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Director, Digital Media to manage specific accounts. Help grow the media business and agency business overall
  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns for clients including objectives, strategies, framework, KPI’s, platform set-up, pixels, targeting, optimizations, reporting and comprehensive post report.
  • Work closely with the Director, Digital Media and senior agency stakeholders to formulate omni-channel marketing strategies and plans that are consistent with clients’ objectives and within budget
  • Research and analyze target markets to develop strategic and tactical plans for clients, in order to solve for their business challenges
  • Provide oversight, support, troubleshooting and quality control on the team’s tasks
  • Build data driven insights and sound judgement to help challenge and solve complex marketing problems for both the agency and clients
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance — with an emphasis on growing a team of diverse talent to support current and future agency needs.

OBJECTIVES

FUSE Create is seeking a strong, energetic Integrated Producer who can collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, departments and agency leadership to drive forward client deliverables. The Integrated Producer supports and collaborates with project teams across departments to ensure successful delivery of large, complex, projects as well as the management of several small to mid-size projects. The primary focus will be working across a range of channels and formats (e.g. digital, broadcast, social) with teams working across multiple accounts delivering several projects concurrently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Creating and maintaining complex project schedules.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation including SOWs, internal meeting notes, timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact and counsel for members of the Client Service team when communicating changes, control and risks to clients or other critical stakeholders.
  • Organizing and setting clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables across departments.
  • Ensure the broader team adheres to the agency process.
  • Recommending process improvements and continuously looking to improve quality.

 

Financial Management

  • Project scoping and estimating.
  • Developing project SOWs and facilitating change requests.
  • Tracking burn rates on projects.
  • Facilitating client billings and profitability analysis in conjunction with Account and Finance teams.

 

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Serving as the key liaison between internal teams to communicate and prioritize project tasks based on business value.
  • Triaging production issues and work with internal and external teams to identify root cause and potential solutions and work together with key stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Providing clear and accurate communication, materials and documentation to team and clients.
  • Communicating a project’s progress to senior internal and client stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5+ years of production experience in an agency environment.
  • Broadcast production experience (i.e. TV) a must.
  • Experience with developing budgets and scope document.
  • Familiar with budget tracking and accounting software.
